Warranty Policy
We offer free product support for any issues that arise within six months of receiving your item, provided the issue is not caused by human negligence. If the product malfunctions due to quality issues, please contact us via email with relevant pictures and videos. We will promptly address the issue.

• Our wood products are meant for indoor use and may change slightly in response to temperature or humidity variations. Adjusting the environment usually solves these concerns.
